An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced professional to join Tesla as a Delivery Manager in Vienna, Virginia. In this key leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day vehicle delivery operations, guide your team, and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the Vehicle Preparation Team and manage delivery documentation
✔ Coordinate vehicle movements, delivery schedules, and quality checks
✔ Monitor performance of vehicle detailers and ensure lot organization
✔ Work towards achieving sales, delivery targets, and operational KPIs
✔ Address and resolve customer concerns related to vehicle quality or preparation
✔ Hire, train, and develop employees, ensuring roles are filled on time
✔ Maintain brand standards for showroom presentation and facility upkeep
✔ Manage store expenses and continuously strive to improve efficiency
What Tesla is Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
✔ Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-focused or technical environment
✔ Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
✔ Passion for building high-performing teams and driving results
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
✔ Valid Driver's License is required
Note: Some states may require a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License or Notary License. Tesla provides assistance with obtaining these, if needed.
