Position: Executive Assistant to the Vice President (People Experience & Integrity Directorate)
Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid work – 3 days in-office per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: $68,749 to $82,141 CAD per year

Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Vice President's office. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President
✔ Managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
✔ Coordinating activities between different departments and supporting senior management meetings
✔ Compiling and synthesizing important information for decision-making
✔ Reviewing and ensuring policy compliance, as well as liaising with external stakeholders
✔ Supporting document preparation, information management, and expense report processes
Who Can Apply?
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant administrative experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management support role
Fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills and the ability to summarize complex information for decision-making
Interest in international development work is considered an asset
